Carussin

Carussin
A small vineyard, the family have cultivated their land in San Marzano Oliveto, Piedmont, for almost 100 years. The farm originallly consisted of four hectares, which over the years grew to be twentyfive, still defining Carussin as one of the smaller wine producers in the area. In fact, they don't even grow wine on the whole area, but part of it is used to grow barley for the family's own beer. Since the end of the 90s, the vineyards have been organically certified and are cultivated using biodynamic methods.
